Expert witness

M. Nelemans is registered in several international expert databases, for both private practice and public service, and has completed expert witness training.

Representation

M. Nelemans is admitted as an attorney (advocaat) and registered with the Netherlands Bar (NOvA). His main practice areas in the register are financial law, administrative law and criminal law. In the event of planned or unplanned absence in Dutch attorney matters, C.A. Doets of Bird & Bird is available as his substitute. Neemley is not affiliated with a third-party funds foundation (Stichting Beheer Derdengelden) and therefore cannot receive client funds. For his work as a Dutch attorney, M. Nelemans is insured against professional liability with Howden, with cover of €1,250,000 per claim and a maximum of €2,500,000 per insurance year.
